The object of any monitoring exercise is to follow and report the facts. At a fixed or mobile location, the investigator will observe the target’s actions, take photographs and/or video. Types of monitoring exercises include child safety, elder abuse and welfare, and custody related issues.
When the monitoring operations are completed, a written report will be generated that documents the factual information observed while the subject was being monitored. The final report is then able to be used as evidence in court. This includes investigating matrimonial matters, fraud, employee relations claims, theft, contract infringement, and sick leave abuse.
